Corey Lounsbury has been the Director, Member Claims at Medavie Blue Cross since 2015. His team is responsible for the adjudication of member and provider claims. Prior to this, he was Director of Member Experience, responsible for managing customer inquiries through our customer contact centres. Corey has devoted nearly 20 years of his career building brand loyalty and enabling care and support for customers in the tele-communications industry. Throughout, he has been an active board member on associations like ContactNB and Contact Centre Nova Scotia.
