TORONTO, ON – Medavie, a health solutions partner that integrates benefits management, health management and health care delivery, is pleased to welcome Hélène Lavictoire to the organization as Executive Lead, Ontario Government.
“Hélène brings a wealth of health care industry knowledge and leadership experience,” said Martin Haynes, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Medavie. “Her extensive background in both private and public sector health benefit management will play a lead role in Medavie’s next growth phase.”
With a proven track record, Hélène has expertise in leading programs and teams for major health companies. Following more than a decade of progressively senior leadership roles in the health benefit management and health care IT sectors, she was most recently Product Director and General Manager at TELUS Health where she managed a portfolio of public sector programs, including the Ontario Drug Benefit Program.
Hélène holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Ryerson University. She holds a Diploma in Adult Education from the University of Toronto and several designations, including Project Management and Product Management certifications. Hélène will be based out of Medavie’s Toronto office location.
