Our recruitment process

Apply

See a position that’s right for you? Submit your application and attach an updated resume outlining your skills and experience, as they relate to the position.

Assessment

We might ask you to complete a technical, behavioural, or cognitive assessment to get a better idea of your work-related competencies.

Telephone screening

If you’re selected, one of our Recruitment Consultants will reach out to schedule a 15- or 20-minute phone call to talk about your interest in the position and review your qualifications.

Virtual interview

Since our employees come from all over Canada, we host all our interviews through WebEx. You’ll get a chance to meet some of your potential future colleagues and leaders for situational, behavioral, and technical questions related to the role. This is also your chance to interview us, feel free to ask us your questions!

Security clearance and references

We deal with sensitive information at MBC. To keep everyone safe, we request all new employees have a criminal record check, fingerprinting and a soft credit check. We also ask for at least two professional references.
