To be the best we can be, we have a dedicated working group, made up of senior leaders and employees from across the company, developing an overall DEI strategy for the organization, chaired by our CEO.
This strategy will elevate the many activities we already have underway including ensuring all our member touchpoints use inclusive language and choices, developing inclusive benefits, engaging our employees and partners in important conversations around DEI and investing in communities that face barriers and inequities.
