Through the current global health crisis, we are continuing to service the needs of our members. Any claims you submit, for all types of coverage, will be addressed as quickly as possible.

To better support you, we encourage you to submit your claims electronically using our digital tools.

Claim forms are available from your health professional or by downloading them here.

Keep in mind that services must be provided by a Medavie Blue Cross-approved health professional to be eligible for coverage. You can find an approved provider through our mobile app, or use our online search tool to find one who offers ePay direct payment service.

The easiest way to get a claim paid: cut yourself out of the process and get us to deal with your health professional directly. Ask your health professional if they offer ePay – they’ll submit the claim electronically for you, so you pay only what’s not covered by your plan.
