How long will it take until I'm reimbursed?

Your claim will be reviewed as quickly as possible once we’ve received all required documents. However, the following situations may increase the processing time:

  • An incomplete claim form or missing documents
  • Delayed or missing itemized invoices
  • Delayed or missing medical information

If you are not able to provide the itemized medical bills or the medical reports required to process your claim, our office will attempt to request the missing information directly from the healthcare provider. In those cases, we will continue assessing your claim as soon as these documents are submitted to our office.

If you receive a statement/invoice, please do not make a payment directly to the service provider. Send it to the address above, or by email to [email protected]. Please include your ID number and policy number for reference.
