Group Administrator Support Sessions

Supporting you as a Group Administrator so you can support your members is essential. Medavie Blue Cross offers monthly online sessions for all new and current Group Administrators. These highly educational drop-in sessions will address the most common questions regarding policies and procedures, and show you how to take full advantage of the Group Administrator Portal (GAP).

*One-on-one Group Administrator support sessions will continue to be held in both English & French. Please feel free to reach out to your Designated Account Associate to set up a date and time that works best for you.
