Members can quickly check what their plan covers, understand prior authorization requirements, learn how to submit claims, and access additional wellness support, making it easier to manage both their care and their benefits.

This issue highlights how the Medavie Foundation is giving back in communities across Canada, quick tips on choosing travel insurance for your next trip and an important sign-in update with 2-step verification coming soon to the Member Services Site and the Blue Cross Mobile app. It also explores ADHD support made easier through Connected Care, helping members access care and resources with more confidence.
We’ll soon be introducing two-step verification to sign in to the Medavie Blue Cross Member Services Site or the Blue Cross Mobile app. After May 12, members will be prompted to set it up when they sign in.
