Mobile Claim Enhancements for Retiree Plan Members

We are pleased to announce a new enhancements for our Retiree plan members. Practitioner Services have been added to the My Plan Usage screen, allowing members to access information on usage totals and plan maximums. This feature will be available for all other plans in a future release.

Enhancements to Usual and Customary Information

A recent update has brought changes to the Member Services Site and the Blue Cross Mobile App. Previously, members would see a generic message indicating that the maximum eligible amount is subject to Usual & Customary fees. With this latest release, members will now see the exact amount of the Usual & Customary fees for their province in the Covered Amount description via the Member Services site or the Blue Cross Mobile app.
