Important Notice to Individual Health Plan Members

We sincerely apologize for a billing error that resulted in August premium payments being processed early, on July 29th. All payments will be reversed by July 30. We appreciate your patience as we resolve this matter. For some members, this may have resulted in an NSF charge. If so, we will be offering reimbursement of that amount either as 1) credit towards future premium or 2) refund dollars back into their account.

Process for NSF refund:

To process an NSF refund, send an email to [email protected] along with:

  • the members name and policy number,
  • proof of NSF amount,
  • confirmation of the reimbursement method (credit towards future premiums or refund to bank account on file).
