New Rates Effective November 1, 2025 for Individual Business
Effective November 1, 2025, rates will be adjusted as follows:
- Complete Health rates will increase by an average of 4% (see chart below for further breakdown)
- Assured Access rates will increase by 2.5%
- Options and Options Plus rates will increase by 7%

These adjusted rates apply to both new sales and member renewals based on their renewal month.
Please note: Applications submitted before September 30, 2025, may be eligible for an October 1st effective date upon request. This allows your clients to lock in current pricing ahead of the premium increases scheduled for November.

Future Important Dates & System Updates
October 1, 2025: Complete Health and Assured Access rate calculators will be updated with new rates. Until then, please use the rate guides provided for applications effective November 1, 2025, onward.
January 1, 2026: Guaranteed Acceptance and Retiree Health Plan rates will be updated. These new rates will be provided in November 2025.
