1. In the Agent Update on September 12, 2024, the words “on average” should have appeared to describe the rate adjustments for Options/Options Plus plans. The correct full statement is:
The adjusted rates will apply to new sales as well as to plan renewals effective on their renewal month.
2. In the rate guides provided in the same Agent Update, there was an error in the Options Drug module and Stand Alone Product rates. This error has been corrected in the Options/Options Plus and Complete Health rate guides linked below. Please disregard the previous versions and ensure that the updated versions are used effective immediately.

Please note: Our Complete Health and Assured Access rate calculators will be updated with the new rates on October 1, 2024. Rates for the Guaranteed Acceptance and Retiree Health Plan will increase effective January 1, 2025, and we will provide the updated rates in November.
