Stand Alone Dental Online Application Enhancements – effective August 28, 2023

As part of our digital journey, we have improved the look and function of our Stand Alone Dental online application. Key changes include:

• Streamlined format and appearance.
• Date of birth entered in the application is matched with age entered for the quote.
• New credit card payment option with option to add direct deposit bank information.
• Replace eSignature requirement to our check box process (matches existing online product offering).
