HALIFAX, NS – Medavie Blue Cross welcomes Tara Anstey as Director, Business Development Client Value. In this role, Tara will be responsible for supporting the ongoing evolution of the organization’s client value proposition.

Her experience will complement the ongoing efforts to enhance our members’ experience here at Medavie Blue Cross.”
Over the last 23 years, Tara has consulted for Atlantic Canada’s largest and most complex plans and has extensive experience in benefit plan design, insurance contracts and drug plan management. She has worked with other national insurance carriers to develop new products and services for the Canadian market.
“I have been fortunate in my career to have been part of teams that are focused on making an impact in the industry,” shared Tara Anstey. “I am excited to now join the Medavie Blue Cross team who are constantly evolving and reshaping their offerings to improve the wellbeing and experiences of their members.”
Tara has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Acadia University and a Law degree from Dalhousie University. She volunteers on the Canadian Pension & Benefits Institute Atlantic Region Council and in the past has also been involved with the exam preparation and course materials for the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation.
