Mandatory main insured when requestor is not travelling

When a requestor is not travelling, agents will have to identify the main insured before adding other travellers. This will ensure that the roles of the other travellers will be in relation to the main insured and not to the requestor.

When a requestor is not travelling, the only option is to add a main insured.

Once the main insured is identified, the button is updated to “Add traveller”

Reminder: Quick quote for clients who must fill out a health declaration

Quick quote now shows a premium for clients who must fill out a health declaration with a disclaimer that the rate will be adjusted depending on the answers provided.

Customer Space

Customer Space is an online platform that provides customers with convenient access to their travel insurance contracts. Through the Customer Space, customers can add or remove travellers, modify trip dates (before departure), extend coverage (before the expiration of the contract), purchase additional coverage, update personal information, and submit and track claims, among other features.

B2B system (Old Platform)

In the B2B system, you can modify an existing contract by selecting the Modify tab, extend a single trip contract while a client is travelling by selecting the Extension tab, and cancel a contract prior to its effective date by selecting the Cancellation tab.
