Customer Space - New flyer and video now available!
A new information sheet and video about the Customer Space are now available!
The Customer Space is the online platform that allows clients to easily access their travel insurance contracts. Through the Customer Space, clients also can add or remove travelers, change travel dates (before departure), extend coverage (before the contract expires), purchase additional coverage, update personal information, and submit claims and track their status.
Partner Space Updates
As part of the phased retirement of the old platform, a new procedure is now in place to extend certain contracts. Please see below for some important updates regarding the features of our Partner Space:
- Reporting Enhancements: administrators are now able to view monthly statements under the “Reports” tab in the Partner Space.
- New Extension Process for Contracts Sold Under the Old System: We are introducing a new process to extend travel insurance contracts sold through the previous system.
