A new information sheet and video about the Customer Space are now available!
The Customer Space is the online platform that allows clients to easily access their travel insurance contracts. Through the Customer Space, clients also can add or remove travelers, change travel dates (before departure), extend coverage (before the contract expires), purchase additional coverage, update personal information, and submit claims and track their status.
As part of the phased retirement of the old platform, a new procedure is now in place to extend certain contracts. Please see below for some important updates regarding the features of our Partner Space:
