What is the financial clerk option?

If you're an administrator for a company or clinic, becoming a financial clerk will allow you to access payment summaries for all your providers using just one login ID and password. This time saving option replaces having to enter numerous provider login ID’s and passwords to retrieve your summaries.

What do I need to register?

Becoming a financial clerk is easy! If your clinic has ten or more providers, you're eligible for access to our financial clerk option. All you need to join is your clinic or company's information and your providers' information, and you're ready to go!

What if there is more than one location?

If you serve as the administrator for more than one location, you can attach that information in a spreadsheet. Please include the following information in the spreadsheet:

  • Provider Name with Provider Number or Login ID
  • Provider Site location (where the provider works)
  • Provider Payment Location (if different from site location)
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
