Claims are to be sent to Blue Cross or its agents and must be received within 18 months of the date of service.
Dental claims are to be sent through the referring CAF Dental Detachment Commander.
Claims are to be submitted to Medavie Blue Cross within six months of the date the service was provided using the appropriate form or electronic format that applies to that health benefit.
Claims are to be sent to Blue Cross or the RCMP Occupational Health Services Office and must be received within 18 months of the date of service.
