How do I change personal information on my account?

Address changes can be completed at any time by logging into our app or Member Services website.

In order to change personal information such as name, date of birth, or gender, you may need to provide a written request. If you are part of a group (employee) plan, please contact your Group Administrator. For members who have purchased personal plans, please call the nearest Blue Cross office to request a change.

Why can't I edit some of my profile information?

Some group (employee) plan members may be unable to edit their profile, based on their group's preferences. If this applies to you, please contact your Group Administrator to update your profile.
