My claim has been processed but I don't see the reimbursement in my account yet—what gives?

Once your claim has been processed by us, we send the reimbursement to your bank for direct deposit into your account. Timing for the deposit varies based on your financial institution, and may be dependent on a number of factors. That means you may see details of your processed claim via Medavie Mobile or the Member Services site before the money is actually in your bank account. Hang on! Once you see details under your claims history, it should appear any day.
