Mental Health Services and Support

Here are just some of the services and supports available to help you—from the security, privacy and comfort of your home.

We know that COVID-19 is taking a toll on the physical and mental wellbeing of many Canadians.

If you or someone you know is experiencing stress or anxiety and is struggling to cope, please know that expert help is just a call or click away.

Virtual Visits

As your benefits provider, we offer a variety of online options to give you quick and easy access to expert mental health care—without having to leave the house.

Most plans cover virtual visits with psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, social workers and other practitioners specializing in mental health care. Ask your health provider if they can provide their specific care remotely and take care of your health even when you can’t meet in-person. Whether it is a local provider, or a virtual-only provider, they must be accredited by their Canadian professional association for the services to be covered by your plan.
