Jonathan Galarneau is Manager of Disability Management for the Quebec market. In this role, Jonathan leads a team of approximately 40 employees in the Montreal office. He oversees the adoption of best practices in disability management within the department and guides his teams to ensure that standards of service quality and turnaround times are met.

Over the course of his 12 years of experience in disability management, Jonathan has been involved in the implementation of several major groups. His career path has also allowed him to develop an expertise in the optimization of disability management processes. Jonathan is also actively involved in the integration of Medavie Blue Cross's innovative solutions for mental health disabilities.
